The municipal enterprise of the Pryluky City Council, the school catering combine "Shkilny," provides hot meals for children in preschool education institutions in accordance with the approved nutrition standards (Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 305 dated March 24, 2021, "On the approval of norms and the procedure for organizing nutrition in educational institutions and children's health and recreation facilities") based on a model four-week seasonal menu, agreed upon with the head of the Pryluky Department of the Main Directorate of the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection in the Chernihiv region.

Children's nutrition in preschool education institutions with a stay of more than 8 hours but less than 12 hours includes three meals: breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
